I feel like my diet is way off..
but I don't think it is, weird I know. Like I think I could eat a litter better but them I'm like well this is good enough. I only vaguely keep track of macros in my head. Today I ate:
Breakfast-
1 1/2 cup cheerio
1 cup milk
4 hardboiled eggs made into egg salad w a little mirace whip
monster rehab "protean"
Lunch-
6 oz grilled chicken breast
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt w strawberry jam
1/2 cup frito chips
8oz locally made premium ice cream (This was a treat today, not everyday)
1 large peach
Nature valley peanut butter granola bar
Dinner-
12 oz boneless pork chops
2 cups milk
1 xl sweet potato
Post work out/pre bed meal-
40g whey shake (at gym)
1 cup terra sweet potato chips
2 cups 1% cottage cheese
3oz beef jerky
1/2 cup prunes
This is just what I ate today, it varies daily but maybe fish instead of pork or chicken. Brown rice instead of sweet potato or whole wheat pasta etc..
