I started working like couple days a go and I usually need to be waiting for a car at 7 am.
Breakfast takes a lot of time for me. I eat slower and my stomach usually is hurting little bit due to excitment. I'm calm but my stomach just does it's own thing.
I basicly want to wake up later since it takes me 1 hour to get ready with couple wc visits.
I manage to finish my food in about 30 minutes but it's pretty rushed.
I eat 4-5 times a day 3 hour apart with balanced meals(protein in every meal).
I consume most of my carbs during breakfast and during work. I'm just maintaining right now since saving money for proper diet and training.
I usually eat some fat free or 2% cottage cheese , oats and little bit fruit like a banana or berries that i throw into my oats.
Is it okay to mix in whey protein with oats for breakfast?
