So after some down time from training and dieting its time to get back into it. This log is going to help me keep a record of my training eg regaining strength, dieting im going to be bulking not tracking cals for the first few weeks anything ill be eating will be way above what i have been getting and what im most excited about is quiting smoking, picked up my script for champix today and will be starting tomorrow.
January 1st is my dead line i wish to be smoke free for atleast 3 months have back the strength i have lost and put on atleast 5kgs of lbm.
