    its been a while im back and i need help!!

    Well I quit using and stopped working out and now I look like crap I started drinking beer everyday I weigh 198 about 20% bf the doctor told me Friday I was high risk for diabeties my body is producing more insulin then its supposed to can someone mentor me to lose the weight and help me get my muscle weight back I'll do whatever!!! Thanks guys I don't want diabetes.

    I recommend you read the stickies at the top!
    Cutting 101 etc...

    Calculate you caloric needs! LBM x 15 is a good start roughly maintenance!

    Prepare a diet with full macros listed!

    If you have a workout schedule add in also with cardio you plan to do!
