    cutting on clen

been lurking around the forums but can't seem to find what exactly I'm looking for. I'm about to start a cut but due to money problems I can only hit my calories in macros with fat sources instead of protein. I'm still able to get 200grams of protein per day, but to fill up the other 1k or so calories I eat a lot of nuts.

I've read somewhere that when on the clen diet, fat intake should be kept at a minimum. Are there any side effects or drawbacks for using clen with a high-fat diet?

I am a female and found that Clen will not work to its fullest potential if my diet is not clean, meaning too much fat or fat and carbs. I recommend save your limited cash for now. Fat is not a good substitute for protein IMHO.

if I were on IIFYM, I'm still getting the essential nutrients to cut. it's just that to boost calories I'm using nuts which are fatty. I'm still getting the required amount of protein if that's what you're getting at.

thought I read that you take in 1000 xtra cal in nuts. Maybe I read too fast.

I read Gbrice log on iifym and concluded it is consistently over long run. Gbrice is a perfect example of consistently achieving new goals over time.

Clen is not my first choice. It gives me more shakes then it is worth. My diet and exercise is more critical to achieving a cut then clen.

What is your % macro split?
