    Austinite's Strange, but good desert! Super quick, super easy, no cooking required!

    Ingredients:

    - Cottage Cheese 2 to 3 tbsp
    - Crunchy Peanut Butter 1 tbsp
    - 1/4 of an apple, chopped
    - Apricot preserves 1/2 tbsp
    - Sugar Free Syrup 1 tsp

    So........ good. Mix it up and enjoy.

    Ok, I picked up all the ingredients this morning at the lovely local Walmart. Just put it together and ate it.

    VERY good. Great change of pace from my usual cottage cheese and peaches or oranges.
