I was thinking something like 3 whole eggs as meal one with 2 packs Quaker oatmeal. Meal 2 6-8 ounces chicken breast with 6-8 ounce potatoes??? I really want to be on point with measurements. I can do rice too.. I'm not a huge fan of fish unless its haddock or tuna. Any help is much appreciated. I take 50grams protein 50 grams vitargo carb powder post workout and 50 grams magnum quatro time 4 stage release protein before bed.
