What's up guys, how's everyone been?

I need some help fellas...I'm eating about 4500-4700 cals a day...and it's fvckin KILLIN me! It's all clean cals for the most part, and I'm having a hard time putting it all down daily! I need some ideas on increasing appetite or do I think I should dirty it up a bit?

you may want to look into some peptides

i can't remember which one but i think ghrp-2 (or maybe 6?) increases hunger.

Dirty up. It's hard as hell to eat 3500 'clean' cals/day (the most I've had to eat with my glacier-like metabolism), couldn't imagine nearly 5000. Dirty up and see how your body responds. That doesn't mean Cheetos and pie, but hell... expand a bit. Are you drinking milk? 2% milk can go a long way...

Wtf? No Cheetos and pie?! Ehhhh fvck it I'm done! Lol nah I only drink almond milk with a bowl of cereal as a part of my breakfast.

Yeah it's real hard, I think the ONLY reason I'm even able to do it is most of the time I'm awake 20 hours a day so it allows me to space it out more then most. But it's still effin hell

And prior I took a break from dieting in general, I didn't go overboard but I wasn't monitoring cals and macros just kinda guessing on the pro and cals.

Dried fruits perhaps? Whole grains, pastas, rice & high calorie breakfast cereals along with potatoes and yams. It's going to be tough if your keeping the fat down. Maybe a glass of red wine per night? Your body will stop using other fuel sources until the alcohol is gone but that may be more harmful than helpful. Particulary if you are on cycle.

By the way - how tall are you and what do you weigh? I have trouble eating 2500-2700 cals now (already feels like I eat all day and I'm not even bulking) but I'm only 5'10" ~180'ish. I don't know how I'll add another 500-750 when I cycle.

lol. Funny you mention this... my days are also very long and it's actually a big reason I have a hard time not overeating during a cut. It's like... if I were sleeping, I wouldn't know how hungry (or bored) I was. It's hard to be awake 18ish hours a day and eat what I would in a 'normal' 14-16 hour day.

Unless you have a problem with lactose and/or dairy in general, just start drinking 1% or even nonfat milk daily. Tons of protein and carbs. Problem solved.

Agreed! This is where IIFYM *really* 'works' (logistically) IMO.

The good thing about tho is that the longer your awake, the more ur bmr is. A considerable amount more tbh. So u may not b over eating as much as u think!

I may do that...skim milk and a dirty meal a day, rolly breakfast.

Well I'm trying to keep body comp the same so I don't end up at like 265-270 when my goal is 250 lol

Umm I'd have to double check, but they're something like 36% pro/44% carb/20%fat

Something like that. Give or take a few %
