Increasing your appetite?
This might be the wrong section to post this in so I'm going to do it in the supplement section as well but does anyone know about anything that can help increase my appetite?

CM - I do take b12 but by the looks of it maybe not enough. I'll up the dose.

For awhile i've been taking these supps:
Tyrptophan, L-Arginine, ZMA, HGW & Maca.
Not only have I been getting a better workout, feeling genuinely better in myself, my appetite and sex drive is crazy right now.
Lately I always feel like im hungry.

I think that as soon as you eat something every 2-4h your body eventually will start to "ask" for your food again, because it has got so used to "do" something every 2-4h.
Well at least that is my case/problem at this moment.

2 solid suggestions above b-12 as crazy mike said (must be methyl as he said) and GHRP-6 as DB1982 said. Both work very well.
Also a big part of this lifestyle is training your mind. You don't eat when or because you are hungry-you eat to grow.
