Well just concentrate on 30 minutes of fasted cardio and leave the strength training for the gym! Abs and core work could be done but treat abs like very other muscle you work out

I'm not a believer of fasted cardio mate I'm just emphasising that the op could do much better in the morning than 200 push ups etc...

Why not give advice as this is the op's thread than criticise what I have said?

You specifically said to do Fasted Cardio and I think that is also my input to his routine, meaning, he can do cardio but do not have to stay away from eating beforehand.

^^^x2. I use myfitnesspal app. It's free! This will help you document your avg daily plan with total grams protein, carb and fat. This info will help the guys give you constructive input. : )

Also post up your training routine.

The first and most important is diet. The second is diet the next is training and did I happen to mention how important diet is to meet your goals!!??!!
