    Ruining my life... Help

Need help, getting abnormally depressed with the way I am.

    Stats: 6ft, 250lb, 30%+ bf, 35 years old
    For: nothing
Against: low testosterone, server arthritis in knee

I've been dieting and training for 10 years, yet have never had the body I want. I have tried all sorts of different diets and eat extremely clean and almost obsessive all year round. I cannot do cardio due to my injury which I have physio every two weeks for and do constant exercises.

I train 4 days every week and lift as heavy as possible,

    Chest and triceps
    Back and biceps
    Shoulders
    Legs and stomach

I don't want to write my typical diet as it doesn't f@@king work, I have tried all sorts of different ways of things and none have changed my body.

I'm sick of it, why won't my body change? Every time I go into the gym I try my hardest, sweat and leave drained. Yet there are prats that are stood talking about waxing there legs, using sun beds, talk about how much juice they have pumped into their body and use the gym as a social gathering that look great.. They are out drinking every week, eat crap and do nothing in the gym.. Doesn't make sense..

I'm fuming what is it I need to do to make a difference to my body?

    HELP PLEASE

I do count macros, but normally do it on the package rather than note absolutely everything.

My TDEE is around 3000 cals, I try to stay around 2200 cals tho, I have recently lost 18lb by eating 1200 cals per day for the last 12 weeks.. But it's not really a way of life or totally maintainable..

Cardio is to painful to do tbh, I have grade 4 arthritis and no ligaments in my knee, 5 operations later. I have tried swimming, cycling ect can't even run across the road. I have no stability in my leg what so ever. Upper body I'm fine and when I train my legs, a 12 year old could do more.

I bench 160kg, shoulder press 50kg dumbells but squat 60kg at most.

My usual every day diet would be:

1 scoop whey, cup oats, water, 2 omega 3 tabs, multi vit.

150g turkey, 2 rice cakes, salad

    150g beef, 10 almonds, spinach

150g turkey, 2 rice cakes, salad

    Train,

    Myprotein recovery

    200g Chicken, brocalli,

This is pretty much my everyday meals. Boring, bland and expensive.

Thanks for any advice, I think I need a total revamp tho

    welcome!

add up everything that you eat in that day and see what you are really taking in.

you need to do some reading in the stickies posted up.

@ 250 lbs and 30% BF, that puts you with about 175lbs of LBM. for maintenance, i have you at around 2625 cals.

swimming is painful for you, how about hot yoga?

what does your workouts look like?

i have terrible joints and arthritis, so i feel ya in that department. you may want to look into a peptide called TB500. many members on here are using it and it seems to help out for some.

1200 cals is too low and you could have hurt your metabolism by eating so little.
