how much can this hurt me?

I've been eating super clean every 3hrs and been training to the max. I'm also on test and deca. I've seen my body transforming and I like it. Well I just got invited to a party bus tomorrow nd go clubbing. By doing so I will not have my regular meals and instead I'm sure I'll be consuming alcohol. How much can this set me back? Any advise please. Would you go out or stay home?.. I'm not going for body building but I want to look super lean mass by Nov.

In my opinion, one day will not make or break you. Life goes on, and you can't cut out all fun.
Just don't let a hangover get in the way of getting back on the bandwagon the next day.
And it can't be a regular occurrence, or it's not the bodybuilding lifestyle!

You'll be fine. Just don't make a habit of it. If you're not planning on getting on stage, enjoy life a little. Be safe.

80/20 rule. 80% of the time perfect, 20% not so perfect. Go out and have fun in moderation, it won't kill you.

Eat right before you go. Hell, it's a bus so if you feel that guilty take some food with ya for the ride home. Like the guys said above, have fun. If you're getting paid for it then it's a different ballgame.

Im so glad to see posts like the ones above....3-4 years ago, the guys on this board would have jumped all over this guy and talked about the imaginary 0.002lbs of LBM he might not gain because of a night out having fun....Paraphrasing my boy Gixxer, if you are not competing and making a living from bodybuilding, LIVE YOUR LIFE, HAVE FUN.... I get so disheartened by the 21-25 year olds who come on here, and talk about how they don't go out on Friday nights with their friends because it might effect their progress. You only live once, and while everyone lifts for different reasons, what is the point of being in amazing shape if you're a shut in and no one sees it?

Super positive thread, no wonder I take all advice here seriously when people have this attitude :-)
