    I want abs

    How o I get to see my abs!
    I am doing crossfit!
    I have gotten my bf lowered by good nutrition. 0 carbs, lots of veggies and lots of protein , no sugar!
    Somehow lately I feel stuck and my bf fat will not lower its self anymore!

    What can I do?

    I was doing Paleo Diet for Crossfit. I was eating lots of vegetables in form of carbs...
    As of now I want to take another diet aproach using the cutting sticky.
    Also, I feel I have reached a plateu. I was thinking of using some gear again after 9 years....
    Any input apreciated.

    what are ur stats? age weight height bf%?

    post ur current complete diet including macros.

    when u say "i am doing crossfit" what does that entail on a weekly basis?? how much lifting/cardio??

    Your prpblem is that ypu don't understand nutrition. 0 carbs is npt a good idea. If ypu jave to lower your overall calorie intake to lose more fat then where will you get those calories from? As of now you only have the choice between fat and protein, and I doubt you brought your fat consumption up in response to lowering your carbs to zero. Do you know your overall caloric intake. I'm willing to bet your metabolism is damaged from this and you will have to reverse diet.

    My stats are 5,9 38 years, 189 lbs( havent weighed my self for long) and bf around 18% kinda.
    I am lean everywhere only thing that needs to go is belly. Thats whats bothering me its the belly!

    I got this sample diet; I was doing a paleo diet, but I will try this diet.

    LBM x 15 = 2534 (rough maintenance).


    Meal 1: Breakfast .
    o 1 cups Oatmeal in water (135g)
    o 2 egg, 6 egg whites (50g/160g)

    o 594 kcal / 49g(27%)/62g(53%)/16g(19%)

    Meal 2:
    o Chicken Breast (Grilled) (200 grams)
    o 2 Tbsp Flaxseed Oil (29.5 grams)

    o 490 kcal/46g(39%)/0g(0%)/32g(64%)


    Meal 3:
    o Chicken Breast (200g)
    o Yam (100g)
    o Asparagus (100g)

    o 363kcal/50g(44%)/32g(51%)/3g(6%)
    PM WORKOUT (Weight Training)


    Meal 4: PWO
    Meal 4: PWO (15 mins following workout) (3:15pm)
    o Chicken Breast (200g)
    o Yam (200g)
    o Asparagus (100g)

    o 481kcal/51g(44%)/60g(51%)/3g(6%)


    Meal 5: (6:00pm)
    o Chicken Breast (200g)
    o Broccoli (250g)

    o 322kcal/53g(69%)/17g(21%)/3g(10%)


    Meal 6: 10:00pm (Bedtime)
    o CytoSport Cassein Complete - 1 scoop (110 cals, 25g protein)
    o 2 tbsp Flaxseed oil

    o 375kcal/25g(26%)/2g(2%)/31g(72%)
    TOTALS(macros):
    2,616 cals / Pro- 274 grams (1,098 kcals) / Carbs- 172 grams (687 kcals) / Fat- 90 grams (793cals)


    My Crossfit training regime is short but very intense! Lots of cardio,Toes to bar, lunges, kettle bell swings, running etc!
    Pretty much every day just one rest day!

    I was feeling sluggish and drained!
    For fat I was eating 2 avocados daily , fish oil, etc.
    I just posted my an outlook on my new diet!

    if ur maintenance is 2500cals then 2600 cals is a SURPLUS..

    hold on:

    189lbs 18%bf = 154.98lbs LBM

    154.98 x 15 = 2324 (maintenance)

    to cut u need to be eating 2000cals..

    post a pic without a shirt relaxed from the front at least and lets see what u look like..

    also that diet and all looks very familiar () as if i had advised on it before very recently.. ...

    Yes I used that diet jejeje , it was just right befor me so I used it! Jajaja my bad ,the duet just sounds right.

    I will take a pic tonight and I will post! Maybe you guys can estimate my bf... It could be lower and I coukd be wrong about my current bf!

    So if I need 2000 cal to cut how can I adjust my cals to the diet I just posted( or high jacked...sorry)

    Its been about 3 months or a bit more!!
    It did work for a while!! I lost a lot of bf!
    Now I feel I hit plateu and feel kinda sluggish!

    Today I ate yam, asparragus and chicken and I feel more energized!

    So how can I tweek my posted diet for it to fit 2000 cals a day in order for me to shed a few lbs??

    i figured it was..

    tuff to estimate it on that pic. could be anywhere from 15-22 ish.. from the looks of it u have some flab under there but obviously i cant see thru ur shirt and it could just be the angle in which u were sittiing/ the photo was taken which is why i said one with no shirt..

    dont feel bad i posted one of me when i was a fat butt 27%
