1/2 avocado a day and almonds. Other nuts to, but mostly almonds.
I don't buy pistachios anymore because I can burn through a whole bag in 1 sitting

Almonds and almond butter are the same thing BTW. Same with peanuts and its butter.

for me - peanut butter, fish oil and olive oil (I am a picky eater and it sucks)

I prefer the taste of peanut butter rather than the almond one...I mix it in my cottage cheese

I'll have to try almond butter - I like almonds but my store only carries salted ones and I'd prefer to omit the salt.
