    Dieting on a cutting cycle

Hello fellow member's! I'm new to the site and enjoy the info put out on the threads. Here is my stats. 6'3, 220lbs, 15% BF and 28 yrs of age. Im starting a injectable cutting cycle in a month. I'm trying to get BF down to 11-13% before I start cycle. I currently do the p90x 6 days a week (I know haha p90x but it works for my busy schedule and it really works) I also lift 3 days a week and an hour of some sort of cardio everyday. I currently and have for some time adapted the Mediterranean diet. Lots of vegetables, fruits, complex whole grain carbs, nuts, unsaturated fats, olive oil, lean meat its a great and enjoyable way of life. My question is should I change my dieting for the cycle and if so, maybe some examples!? Thank you in advance for your time, information and opinions!

That's what I started a few weeks ago and I was hoping that would be the suggestion I would recieve. I love my current diet and didn't want to change if I didn't need too but want to do whats necessary so I don't waste the cycle. Thank you for your quick response Austinite!

Sure thing. Lynch, if you want detailed responses, you might consider posting your detailed diet and macro's for critique.

A typical day for me consists of: Morning- glass of water with multivitamin fish oils. Either an hour of cardio or p90x. After workout protein shake. Snack- before lunch consists of vegtables, fruits and nuts. Lunch- whole grain vegetable and chicken pasta with olive oil and I take cal/mag vitamin. Second snack- vegatables, fruits and nuts. Dinner- vegtables, poltury or fish, vegetables and a complex carb. I do not eat after 7pm except maybe a handful of natural almonds. I then workout with p90x or an hour of cardio and some days this is where I lift. I have a protein shake after and maybe a glass of red wine. Also take multivitamin and fish oils. I drink a gallon of water or more a day.

Each section has "stickies" These say, IMPORTANT: and are red. They always stay at the top for easy reference and have lots of good info. Especially things that get asked repetively. Happy reading! BTW - macros are just another way of saying carbs, protein and fat. Everyone breaks their meals down into these 'macros' so they can see just what they are eating and how much of it.

Thank you Brazensol for the clarification. My macro then would be 40-50% carbs, 25-35% protein and 20-30% healthy fats. Depending on the day and what I eat. But it stays consistent enough to lose fat and maintain lean muscle.

5 months ago. I weighed 240-50 and now I have gotten to my current stats due to my current workout and diet and has been all natural up to this point.

Hey Austin! I have been reading your threads and I have to say some really great stuff wow..! But, now it's got me thinking the cycle I'm about to do is wrong. I dont want to bulk. I just want a lean, athletic look maybe add a few lbs of muscle over time. I'm a first time user and this would be my first cycle ever. I got a few friends that work and breath the whole workout and gear usage and they told me to cycle winne by its self. I have already have the stuff on way to me but, now I dont know what to do after reading some of your threads. I dont want to do anything wrong got any advice on my current situation

I just read your thread on how to post so sorry and here you go! I borrowed from your example! Lol

I want to get some critique on my upcoming cycle, so that you can make me aware if I am missing anything.

    Here are my stats:
    I'm 28 years old male
    6'3 tall
    220 lbs
    15-16% body fat

This is my 1st cycle. I have worked out and lifted for 4 yrs. No injuries.
Goals are to just lean out and get BF% down between 10-12% maybe just add power because I play sports.

My cycle that I already got and was suggested to do is:
Winnie 50mgs per day for 8 weeks
