Holy moly batman! That's a big ol' bucket of protein. You can get rid of 80 to 100 grams.

You wont bulk on that few calories.
Why is your protein so high?
Why is your fat so high?
Why are your carbs so low?
How many cycles is this you are on?NO SOURCES GIVEN

okay, sorry didn't see the last part on your post. I agree way too much protein, way too much fat. if you're bulking you need carbs more than fats. my favorite number is 40/40/20 or 50/40/10 protein/carbs/fats, but everyone is different, what works for me may not work for you, but start with a good base then adjust from there. have you seen Milos videos in this section?

It isn't alot at all. 2700cals or so. We have a similar LBM and I eat 500 more cals to maintain. You should really get this diet thing organised before you start AAS not worry about it part way through your 4th(?) cycle.
Just want big arms?????NO SOURCES GIVEN

I accomplished this mostly from watching Milos vids, you will learn allot more than just how to eat, but also how your body works.
