    Tdee help?

    hi all im trying to shed my weight/bodyfat with good cardio and good diet so im trying to do my TDEE again ive google TDEE calculator and ive got 5 different TDEE calculations so im abit lost on which one to go from?
    any professional help please be a massive help.

    LBM x 15 + activity = somewhere close to TDEE

    Time, educated guess and results.

    Maybe allow 400cals for an hours lifting and maybe 600 for an hours cardio.

    You could just steadily adjust your cals each week until you hit a plateau and bingo, you have your true TDEE.
