    Time to get serious

    Prepping food and finally getting back into my routine of clean eating . I might start a log idk yet,

    Meal 1 6 egg whites , two pieces of turkey bacon, 1 cup of oats or 3 pieces of Ezekiel bread

    Meal 2 6 oz chicken breast 1 cup of jazmine rice and veggies if desired

    Meal 3 1 cup of ground beef 1 cup of whole wheat pasta or brown rice and veggies.

    Meal 4 6 oz chicken breast w/ salad and 28 almonds

    Meal 5 salmon and veggies

    Bedtime protein shake and two tablespoons of almond or all natural pb

    Sounds good to me. I like that it is all real food. No shakes.

    Only time I will substitute for a shake is if I don't have my food prepped up and running late for something

    That's good man. People make "supplements" staples of their diet and get crappy results. I will admit I do put a scoop of protein in my PWO shake. But also it has a cup of rolled oats, egg whites, milk, PB and a banana. Good work buddy. I'm about to throw 12 breasts on the BBQ now for the week.

    Some people just can't get the food down. So if that's the way it is for them. They have to do liquid. I for one has done many, many shakes. I grew for years on milk and eggs.

    Better if I ate more , I know. But I do what it takes get the nutrients and the calories. And my results any comments, Ok...maybe. ...crazy mike

    A blender is indeed my best friend. Also liquid egg whites from Costco. Sometimes a quick slam is indeed earlier than a meal.

    207 this morning start of my routine once again. I fell off a dirty bulked in my eyes . Getting down more in bf before I start my first cycle.

    So far so good today except for a headache from maybe lower carb intake.
