Prepping food and finally getting back into my routine of clean eating . I might start a log idk yet,
Meal 1 6 egg whites , two pieces of turkey bacon, 1 cup of oats or 3 pieces of Ezekiel bread
Meal 2 6 oz chicken breast 1 cup of jazmine rice and veggies if desired
Meal 3 1 cup of ground beef 1 cup of whole wheat pasta or brown rice and veggies.
Meal 4 6 oz chicken breast w/ salad and 28 almonds
Meal 5 salmon and veggies
Bedtime protein shake and two tablespoons of almond or all natural pb
