    hows my simple cutting plan

Ok, so i am always on the run, and the only way i have found to eat clean is is to eat the below list but keep in mind i'm trying to lose 30 Lbs and still maintain muscle, that being said it should be easy, protein high, carbs low and eat fats. I workout hard (heavy lift 5 times a week)

I eat this 4 times a day, fish, brown rice, eggs, oatmeal, protein shakes, and an atkins bar.

    Calories from all above 1840
    carbs 250 grams
    fat 18 grams

    My TDEE 3944
    My BMR 2545

And i was told to eat 2,189 calories if i'm trying to lose weight but i'm cutting so i dont want to lose a lot of strenght.

I doubt your TDEE is almost 4000 cals... But if it was id start you off right around 250-500 cals below TDEE and monitor from there...

    Fats are way too low...

    What are your planned macros

    What are your stats

^ Yeah something isn't right here... And like baseline said fats are way low. IMO your eating too much fish, maybe trade for some chicken or lean turkey. I have been cutting for about two months now and I would say the hardest part is sticking to your macros and the same thing everyday will get old very quick! There are a lot of recipes on this site and tons on the web that I have used to help stay on track... Good luck on your journey
