Actually took the whole day off yesterday. Not even cardio. Plus I had the mother of all cheat meals. Took the family out to a Spanish restaurant in Newark.
I ate all of the below in a 4 hour meal
Bread and butter
Garlic bread
Shrimp with garlic
Grilled octopus
Potatoes alioli
Filet Mignon
Salmon stuffed with crab
Lamb chops
Chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream
Pecan pie with vanilla ice cream
Tortufo
2 beers
1 bottle of Rioja wine
1 capuchino
1 cup brandy
1 cigar
Gonna be tuff to make that fit my macros...
