Need help with diet
What's up guys, just trying to get my diet in order and having some trouble, my arms and chest are nearly all muscle yet I can't seem to burn off my belly. I work too hard for this shit it's starting to piss me off that I'm not seeing progress with my stomach. Here's my stats and current diet.
I'm 24 years old, 5'5", weigh 168, bmi is I think around 20%, I haven't calculated in a while as there is like 5 different way to rest and all have different accuracies. All the body fat is in my stomach hats for sure.
Here's my current diet, also note I take adderall so eating breakfast is really tough I have to force my little bit of breakfast down me.
Breakfast - 1 serving cream of wheat - 2 hours later 25 almonds and apple - 2 hours later 4-6oz. Chicken/fish and 1 serving of rice. - 2 hours later same thing - workout, protein shake after workout and 1 hour later 6-8oz chicken or fish and 1 serving rice. - protein shake before bed (zero fat, 8 carbs in my protein).
Is this diet good for losing body fat? Anything I need to change to start seeing results with my stomach?

Well, I would put your TDEE at approximately 1900cals PLUS your exercise activity. So, how many days a week do you lift and do cardio?
As for your cardio I would be inclined to do it after you lift so as to not impact that aspect of your workout. BTW true HIIT can't be done for 1 minute, that's just normal interval training. HIIT is a maximum of around 10 seconds before you have to stop and then need 45 seconds minimum to recover. Ultimately you just need to burn calories and whichever way you can do that is the best way for you.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Anyway, I would probably start your diet plan at about 2100cals and see what happens after the first week or 2 and adjust, if necessary, after that, star with something along the lines of
Protein 210g
Carbs 190g
Fats 50g
Put something together and let's have a look.Last edited by Back In Black; 09-07-2013 at 02:37 PM.

Nothing "burns" fat. hCG does not aid in fat loss.

Difference in weight won't make much difference to the calorie intake so stick with it.
FYI, I think you are some way off considering a cycle at this stage.NO SOURCES GIVEN

It's not about your cycle making your belly bigger.
