hey guys, just looking for a bit of advice, i'm 234 lbs and looking to bulk but not over consume..
my diet usually is..
Breakfast at 6:45am - 4 eggs, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, an apple and a multivitamin.
10am meal - 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese with a handful of frozen mixed berries, 3 egg whites, a large spinach salad with hemp hearts.
Lunch at 12pm - 1 chicken breast, 1 cup of basmatti rice, mixed vegetables.
3pm meal - same as 10am meal.
immediately post workout - 2 scoops of whey protein.
Supper - same as lunch but sometimes change it up with potatoes and steak.
Before bed - 2 scoops of synth-6 and a multivitamin.
***if it is not a workout day i will have a protein bar and some nuts after the 3pm meal and before supper.
