Same calories after cycle or reduce them after pct? Share your opinion..

Ive been wondering this question for a while so thought i'd ask some of you guys to share your opinion..

If someone is doing a bulking cycle then they would be eating a very large amount of calories..

When the cycle is over and the juice is no longer working should that guy keep eating the same calories to stop too much too weight loss or just reduce back to a maintenance calorie plan? Or somewhere in the middle?

Many cycles i have read about mention lots of weight loss after pct and i cant help but think its because they have dropped back to their pre cycle daily calorie plan.

This is a question based on the fact our guy is not planning to cut until at least another 6 months after his cylcle.

In most cases I would increase cals 300-500 to aid in keeping gains.

keep in mind as you change LBM you must adjust cals accordingly so they never really are the same for very long.

    This.

But I'd make sure it was 300-500 increase on maintenance calories not on top of an already high surplus. Once PCT is complete you can start reducing that down to maintenance calories, provided that is your plan, of course.

I try to increase them (cals) if I can at all possible. Its very hard though. Might help you keep some LBM while coming off.
