cheat meal
It takes the body over 3 weeks to approach homeostasis from what I have read.
So is the reason every one fits a chest meal purely for satisfaction it physiological benefit.
If your cutting to about 8% it seems a cheat meal would hinder this greatly.
Thoughts?

If you're cutting to 8% or less, I'd assume you oughta forget about cheat meals.

I agree with that video. I'm a type 2 diabetic and I stay strict on very low carb diet. I try to go two weeks strict and give myself one weekend to cheat. I continue to get leaner and a actually drop more weight after a cheat weekend.
