waking up at night to eat
Is it worth interrupting your night of sleep to get up and eat? Currently trying to bulk and I dont know if getting up in the middle of the night to have a protein shake is worth disrupting my sleep but a lot of people swear by it.

I wouldn't, eat stake or something can slowly digest.

Not unless you want to get punched in the mouth. Never wake me up - really though, I don't get up for anything.
