    Some questions regarding nutrition

Heya I have been reading Chris Acetos Championship bodybuilding book and found a gold mine for information that I couldn't get from any website.

I have some questions regarding nutriton in a whole.

I want to find out if I understood these thing correctly.

    1. Is the reason for consuming a bigger portion of your carbs in the morning because your body is in fasted state and body has a tendency to replenish glycogen stores first instead of having effect on your bodyfat levels?

2.So insulin basicly helps driving carbs from the bloodstream to the muscle and helps bring amino acids to the muscle so you can build more muscle?

    3. Is that basicly the reason why insulin is used as a drug in bodybuilding?

    4. Spreading your meals to 5-6 smaller meals is for constant amino acid flow and not having huge insulin spikes meal by meal?

    5. So is it true that extra virgin coconut oil is good for cooking in a pan instead of using normal oil? Here in Finland we don't have PAM.

    Thank you for reading!

That's one 'theory'. Personally, I think of it like this: I have a day/morning of activity ahead of me, I want to fuel that activity. How do we fuel activity? By providing energy (calories).

    Basically, among other things

That's exactly why it's used as a drug in bodybuilding

Coconut Oil is a great choice for cooking/supplement because it's a MCT which is easily converted and usable as fuel vs. other fat sources.

I'd suggest you eat for the activity you want to do.. and the physique you want to achieve..

but we eat frequently to keep the metabolize as high as you can for as long as you can, and to maintain nitrogen levels as constant as you can..

your goal is to ?? add muscle or burn fat?? you can do both, it just takes longer, and your diet needs to be better than balanced..

    coconut oil is the bomb..
