    Confused

    I am 25 5"10 184 pounds currently. I am on week 5 of test at 500mg a week. I am currently consuming 4000 cal a day and all I am doing is maintaining my weight. Everything is weighed in accounted for. I fight it hard to believe I am consuming that much food and not gaining any weight. I don't do cardio by the way.

    Well, you can't just pick a caloric amount like that, Junior. You have to know what your approximate expenditure is. If you expend 4200 calories daily, and you're eating 4000, you'll never gain an ounce.

    I know but before my TDEE was 2800. So it baffles me that it went up that much.

    Has to be a miscalculation. If you're unable to find your TDEE, try increasing calories in 200 calorie increments each week, and see what happens.
