how much above TDEE do I need to go?

24 years old- 6'2" 217lbs around 12% bf. Im trying to put on some size and calculated my TDEE to be 3,397. I eat 4 meals a day and I know for a fact the two meals that are shakes (oats, egg whites, protein powder, whole milk, olive oil) put me around 3000 cals just from those two shakes. Yet im still not gaining weight. So how much over my TDEE do I need to be going to start moving the scale?

TDEE or caloric intake is miscalculated. 500 over TDEE or more will suffice.

1500 cals per shake? Damn that's a hell of a shake man.

Start with 500 cals over TDEE and see how the results are. Personally I would say the more the merrier as long as they are clean.

Yeah I just dont get it... unless I really did calculate wrong but I used the formula from one of the stickies here. Yes I get about 1000 cals form the one I eat for breakfast and I have another one post workout that is around 2000 cals. Plus factor in the two other meals I eat and I have to be close to 4000 cals and it still isnt enough.
