Pretty much anything. I honestly chop up many of my leftovers and make scrambled eggs or an omelette out of it. Its easier for me to list what I don't put in eggs:

    Fish.
    Fish.
    Fish.

I don't think anyone said salsa. I love the great value salsas from Walmart. They have a pineapple mango salsa. Sooo good on eggs I use it all the time.

I like to make what I call simple galoosh, 3 eggwhites, 5 eggs hardboiled to 1 cup of oatmeal with added sweetener. Quick and gets the job done and taste good. But even it can get old!

Hmm. So you eat the egg whites separately from the hard boiled eggs, or you somehow combine them?

Tikka masala sauce. Learned that one in England
    Mustard
    BBQ sauce
Or my usual – fried on a sauce I make with olive oil, salt garlic and lots of paprika. Wont need anything else.

whole eggs: fresh green onion, Mrs. Dash and turkey sausage scrambled with hot sauce and Ketchup on top. Over rice or with toast.
