just as an eyeball that looks to be too low on cals bro.
Your maintenance is close to 2600 ish.. that looks way below 2,000
i think youll cut, but to fast...
also replace some of those shakes with another lean meat source..
also fats seem to low even in a cut.
add fats to meal 6
greens to meal 3 & 6
re check your numbers and macros.

Only fats I add that i forgot to post was coconut oil.. No need to count macros. I'm burning far for energy at moment. 1 cup of green beans or broccoli every meal with lean meats.

I was only going off whats listed bro.
If there is no need to count macros then what is it your asking? Will you loose body fat , YES you will.
I am only suggesting that since you didnt count your cals you are coming up way to low and burning lots of energy makes it in an even larger deficit. Yes you will cut fat and some muscle along with it.

^^ lol.. well i suppose if i had a trainer to put a diet together for me there would be no need to count macros either. seems u would have more confidence in him than to be asking us our opinions though if he was so successful. good luck there buddy!

I am using a similar diet now, which that one is close to what I have always used except I use 3 shakes whey/oatmeal and three hard meals. But you do need to count calories like these guys said. Some ppl don't lime shakes but I been using them for over 20 years. Everyone is different. I use mixed vegetables and rice for my carbs. Good luck.

^^ dude ur eating less than 2000 calories. there is no way ur gaining 5lbs LBM in 2 weeks on that diet with no gear. it is physically impossible. also i checked that website, nothing extremely impressive about it IMO. i did just as well with this site..

Considering the transformation people r making on a daily basis it is impressive. And I find it funny I've gained as well but according to the scale I have. Idk where at and how but I did unless scale was off a bit out of balance

in case u were wondering the macros for ur diet ABOVE is roughly:
1648cals
229g pro
153g carbs
16g fat
this is not including the one shake for meal 2.. also ur current stats are almost exactly like mine. (im 5'9" though how tall are u?)
my maintenance cals are around 2700-2800. this would put u at a significant deficit..
-
09-21-2013, 07:57 AM #35
In between meals I'll usually have a tablespoon of pb... Least 3x a day. I am 5'11.
-
09-21-2013, 08:43 AM #36
^^GIVING 200cals for the 50g protein shake and 300cals for the 3 tbsp peanut butter ud be at 2150cals.. roughly..
pretty much the same caloric value i straight cut at
its a good thing u include the peanut butter and whey to bring those calories up otherwise u could (and prob would) run into metabolic adaptation problems. i hope ur not paying for the diet advice u have been given.
-
09-21-2013, 12:07 PM #37
Yeah I do 3 shakes a day sometimes 2.. Always have peanut butter. I'll mix tablespoon of pb and a banana with my 2 shakes usually. And no I've been long friends with this guy.

Each scoop of protein I use is roughly 125 calories. I use American pure whey from out of North Carolina
