    getting back in gear questions?

hey gents, and ladies, I am in my road to return into bodybuilding and fitness, after one year and two months of completely stopping due to life style change and being in a bad relationship, i am now a free man and ready to get back to my roots. Since last may when i ended my first cycle of test 500 week/ 12 week and proper pct my life changed for the worst and at that time i hadn't realized it, but that's not important, now its time to get my life in track. I have always been very active and into fitness, and after a year and two months of no exercises and bad eating i gained about 35lbs of straight fat and i went from a solid 198lbs 9% bf to 230lbs and i would say well over 35% bf, now i am down to 218lb and still in the 30+% bf. I am here to get advice from the gurus on what they suggest i should do, here is my dilemma, my best way to loose weight fast about 5-6 pounds a week is to exercise and cut almost all carbs out, my body is very sensitive to carbs, complex or not they basically bloat the hell out of me and prevent me from loosing weight. the problem is i believe i still have a somewhat foundation of what i used to have, but i feel like a all cut carb diet for a few weeks will kill what i have left underneath all this fat. my question is should i continue with my 15G carb restriction a day and continue to loose this weight fast, or should i supplement some carbs to keep somewhat of muscle, my diet is not in order by any means, i am just avoiding carbs, exercising and maximizing my protein intake as much as i can. my BMR is 3346 cals a day and i am actually taking in somewhere around 1750 cals. not really counting anything else. i know i should but like i said my main goal right now is to get started and used to getting to the gym, getting the job done and from there organizing my diet. any insight on my question would be greatly appreciated. I have been in the gym for the past 14 days and like i said ive lost about 11-12 pounds, and i know most of it is water due to the carb reduction, but i have done this in the past with great results, i just want an insight on what you guys and ladies suggest. any way thank you all for your time.

Here is a few pointers for ya bro

#1 most important: drop the clen ( no need for that crap right now)

#2 most people all make the mistake of dropping all crabs, I would not recommend this for any long duration especially to try and drop that much weight. The objective would be proper divisions of a macro-nutrients and actually counting what you are taking in to get a grasp on what the amounts actually are before you can learn to eye ball food and tell what you are eating. You need to take the steps to learn proper nutrition. Read the sticky diet 101 in this section bro and put together a diet for us to review.

If you are carb sensitive just select a macro that better suites you , maybe 50/30/20 or something in that fashion. Once you get sub 15% or so we could even start to learn a little carb cycling and get you into some respectable digits.

again read the stickys and do not drop all carbs and drop the clen

step one figure your TDEE, step 2 establish a cal intake, step 3 put together a diet that fits your schedule. If you need help let us know. but try and do this on your own first.

The people who succeed are the ones who put in the work themselves rather than given everything. But we will be here to guide ya bro.

    ps no gear either

get back into diet, not back into gear

    Hi,

I am, personally, a huge proponent of low carb diets. It simply works much better for me and allows me one carb-up day per week and from what my numbers are telling me it is working thus far.

If you want, IMHO, the best damn low carb calculator I have ever seen use this one: Keto Calculator - Learn your macros on the ketogenic diet

I use those values and then have a 36h carb-up period that is usually Saturday and half of Sunday.

And Clen, yeah, drop that now as already suggested.

    Thanks
    ~T
