    Post Workout Nutrition

    Okay guys i want to hear from the Vets on this topic. What kind of Carbs should be consumed after a Weight Training and Cardio Workout? This is the cutting phase. Also I work 12 hour shifts and every now and then i like to workout when i get home. What should be the Post Workout Nutrition before going to bed a couple hours later? Thanks!

    You probably won't like my answer. But it doesn't matter. Strategically timing meals should be based on hunger and nothing else.

    ^^^ i agree with this, however if you like supps,

    i like vpx no synthesize right after, then maybe an hour later a whole food meal, rice and turkey etc

    I was thinking the same thing Austinite!! Glad you responded, i can always count on your advice and thanks for helping with the Amino Acids. I was able to put together a bunch of them and they have helped me out tremendously. I'll admit it that i doubted that they would not of helped but they sure did!!

    VPX NO Synthesize ill take a look at it thanks!!

    Also I have a busy job I am Patient Transporter at a hospital and dont have the time to sit and eat a complete meal besides lunch. Is Whey a good alternative or Drinking Egg Whites (International)? Any ideas!!

    Agreed...well kinda...
    I don't even eat after my workout sometimes for an hour or longer. And my gains are not slow by any means.

    As far of the kinda comment, sometimes you have to eat to get in necessary calories even when your not hungry, or don't eat to cut necessary calories when you are hungry.

    Like right now I'm NEVER hungry, but I still eat. Well most if the times. I didn't eat shit yesterday and I never felt hungry lol I was still full from the day before

    If there's anything I've learned on here, more times then not you have to basically draw a picture cuz someone (not necessarily OP) will take that to heart and only eat when they're hungry and then wonder why they're not growing lol
