so i always think is my diet on point which i believe it is but would like for a few of you just to have a rough idea of my daily intake and tell me if im good, not listing macros etc just a lay out
meal 1: breakfast
60g raw oats
1 banana
50g whey protein
tablespoon honey
either mix with water or milk
4g creatine
cup of coffe
(train 50mins after this meal)
meal 2: PWO
50g whey protein
2g creatine
meal 3: within an hour of meal 2
120g chicken breast
60g white basmati rice
cup full fat greek yougart
red apple
meal 4:
5 whole eggs
60g white basmati rice
meal 5:
120g chicken breast
broccoli and veggies
meal 6:
5 whole scrambled eggs
red apple
4g creatine
this is a good diet yes ??
