    rough diet lay out look good yes ?

    so i always think is my diet on point which i believe it is but would like for a few of you just to have a rough idea of my daily intake and tell me if im good, not listing macros etc just a lay out

    meal 1: breakfast
    60g raw oats
    1 banana
    50g whey protein
    tablespoon honey
    either mix with water or milk
    4g creatine
    cup of coffe

    (train 50mins after this meal)

    meal 2: PWO
    50g whey protein
    2g creatine

    meal 3: within an hour of meal 2
    120g chicken breast
    60g white basmati rice
    cup full fat greek yougart
    red apple

    meal 4:
    5 whole eggs
    60g white basmati rice

    meal 5:
    120g chicken breast
    broccoli and veggies

    meal 6:
    5 whole scrambled eggs
    red apple
    4g creatine

    this is a good diet yes ??

    Switch your whole eggs to just egg whites. The protein is in the whites. The yolks are just fat and cholesterol.

    You really didn't say what you are intending to do. Are you trying to gain muscle, lose fast, maintain??? I also prefer whole grain brown rice because I feel it makes me stay full longer.

    I add 2 whole eggs a day and some peanut butter to get my fat grams up to where I want them to be but other than that I eat only egg whites too.

    I rarely eat fruit, is that something you like for the sugar taste?

    I know you say this is just a rough diet layout but it would be so much more informative and helpful for you and those offering advice if you listed all the macros and your goals for the diet.

    Agreed. Nothing I've ever read has indicated this. I believe half of the total protein is in the white and half in the yolk. Although the yolk is where the fat and cholesterol are.

    Fat isn't an issue if it's accounted for (let's not forget the good omega 3 fat in there) and cholesterol shouldn't be the concern that people make it. The yolks also have the majority of the vitamins and minerals found in an egg. To say throw them away is rather uneducated and extremely wasteful.

    Wrcat, for ever 7g of protein you think you are getting, you are only getting 4g. You should think again.

    Agreed. Thers as much protein in the yolk as there is in the white.

    But if you're watching your calories you can get more protein for your calories by just using egg whites. And, you aren't wasting yolks...you can buy plain egg whites by the quart so it's really pretty convenient. It really all depends on what the goals are of the OP. He never did say.
