    completely lost my appetite !

I appreciate with all the stickies in this section. But my problem is i hardly eat a piece of bread. I lost all of my appetite. I did a 8 week cycle of Test E, Equipoise and some Winstrol starting from june this year. And during second week of PCT i started feeling shaky all the time. And i lost my appetite. I dont feel hungry anymore. I am loosing 3-4 lbs per month because of this. My bums are shrinked as well. My waist decreased by an inch and a half.

I want to eat all the day like i was during the cycle. Please help.

Force feeding is hard but if you want to preserve muscle tissue youl have to do it as jab said. Get bloodwork done asap! Try vitamin b12 thats good for increasing appetite.

before assuming its hormone related, look at the basics. Digestive track being over worked. Cut your calorie intake back for 2-3 days down to 2000 calories and hit the Metamucil hard. healthy fiber and bit of a break from all the eating will help. Trying to increase appetite with inject able b12 or peptides will not help the issue. Find out why you are not hungry, instead of just trying to increase appetite.

I agree with you..B12 could be the issue. I remember last year my B12 was only 171 pg/mL. But doc only gave some multivitamins.

Its worth a try. Its cheap and there are a lot of benefits of taking ot other than increased appetite.

b12 is used to increase appetite , if he has no appetite there is bigger issues in play here.

Another B12 user here. I began B12 injections myself a few weeks ago, it didn't take long to notice increased energy & appetite.

Quick, easy & 98% of injections are pain free.

I've been doing 1mg per day fore a few months now. I don't seem to have a 'full' switch in my brain anymore. Not kidding. I'm finishing my current meal and thinking about what I'm going to make next these days. My grocery bills have gone insane though and daily methyl would be expensive as well.

I'm not sure you need 1mg daily with methyl anyways now that I think about it.. I'm taking hydroxy which is a grade above cyano but 2 grades below methyl. methyl has the highest bioavailability because there is no conversion process. The body utilizes it directly. I'd still take 1mg personally. You can't overdose on b12 and the bottomless stomach is good for mass. Find that sweet spot. I'd start at 1mg and adjust down until my appetite seemed to be getting choked then bump it up 100mcg. Get tested first though as others mentioned. There may be a physical reason for this loss of appetite that has nothing to do with b12.

It's what your body uses to signal hunger. Ghrp-6 is a ghrelin mimetic and for me it works quite well at stimulating my appetite. Typically, for me any way, about 15-20 minutes after a 150mcg injection I feel like I haven't eaten all day.

I've been running ghrp-6 for a little over a month now, like dpyle said, after a shot it feels like I haven't eaten all day. I run it at 150 mcgs, 4 times a day. The most typical dose, and what I started out at is 100mcgs 3 times a day. One I'm the morning, one PWO, one before bed. It is generally accepted that 100 mcgs is the saturation dose. It also stimulates growth hormone , if you're interested in maximizing that aspect of it then run it with peptide cjc 1295 mod grf 1-29 w/o DAC.
