    Need help DIET!

Alright I will give you a brief overview just so you know my current day to day activity and how to fit it in. I work 6pm to 12am mon-fri. Weekends off. My regular sleep schedule is going to bed at 5 am and getting up around 1pm to go workout. Sometimes I just don't sleep and stay awake for a good 36-50 hours.

As soon as I wake up I make my protein shake which consists of 3 scoops of ice cream. 1 cup of mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, maulberries yum) 60 grams of whey isolate. Tart cherry extract and 1 cup of whole milk. Then I eat 4 raw eggs. Drink my creatine and go off to workout. I come back home after a good 2 hour workout around 4pm. I never have an appetite and generally have to force food down my stomach. Usually a cup of oats with a half a cup of milk and two table spoons of peanut butter mixed in. I then relax and go off to work, do my shift. come home and have a ****ING MASSIVE BUFFFETTTT My appetite Spikes at around 1am. I might eat 18 oz steak, half a bag of tyson chicken with 6-7 bread sticks and 2 cups of carrots. Basically my last meal before i go to bed would be something along the lines of a warrior diet. Just eat in masses, BUT avoid simple carbs and bad fats and get around 1200-1500 calories in my last meal.

I have been stuck at 190 in terms of weight. I'm not on a plateau in terms of weightlifting. But I am not gaining anything.....it has been a good 3 weeks since my last weigh in, but I'm thinkin my results are nothing. I am an extreme exctomorph. If I don't lift or try to shove food down my throat I am a cool 150...maybe 155

    STATS
    21 yrs young
    6' 4''
    190 pounds

I also take 150mg of Seroquel ED for sleep. If I don't take it i will not sleep until I end up in the psych ward again. I cannot sleep naturally. It runs in my family.
My weekends consist of 16-18 hour sleep cycles. No joke. I spend my weekend sleeping. Period.
