Solid Nutrition?
Hey guys, I appreciate the help. just wanting to know if this looks solid or if there was anything that I could tweak...
I'm 5'10 175
Haven't gotten it checked but from what people have said I'm between 12-15% bf
Meal 1: 1/2 c. Oatmeal
3 whole eggs
Banana
Meal 2 (usually Post workout): 2 scoops protein and allmax creatine
1/2 c. greek yogurt
Meal 3: 8 oz. of meat
1.5 c. Broccoli
Red potato or Sweet potato
Meal 4: 2 c. nuts
1/4 c. greek yogurt
1 c. fruit
Meal 5: 8-10 oz of meat
2 c. broccoli
2 c. rice or sweet/red potato

Bulking. My TDEE is around 2250 maybe more becausr I'm a waiter and I do a lot of active things. But I try to get 2800 cal a day.
224 g protein
80 g fats
296 g carbs
