My personal favorite protein sources are:

    1. Wild Caught Sawkey Salmon
    2. Grass Fed Organic Boneless Skinless chicken breasts
    3. Grass Fed Organic 96/7 ground Buffalo.
    4. Grass Fed Organic 95/5 ground beef.

Sea bass has been a favorite of late. Very low in fat (1g per 100g serving), 24g protein, cholesterol 54mg and a high amino acid rating (similar to salmon but a fraction of fat). Unfortunately it's very expensive ($15-$22 per pound).
