Subway Calories??? Really?
I had a foot long dbl meat chicken breast on wheat. According to myfitnesspal, 1350 kcal? Srsly? Is this possible?

Doesn't say anything abt sodium.....138g of protein? Something is off.

I live in a tiny town with no other even reasonable options if clients want to go eat. If pushed, I do the 7-grain bread, turkey (or ham), no cheese and lots of spinach and lettuce. Spicy mustard. Not the best, but the best bang for the buck as far as total carbs vs. fiber and protein I could come up with. Good luck.

p.s. - the tuna is HORRIBLE. Make that yourself. There's has more fat than you need for about a week. :-)
