Opinions on this cutting diet.. Currently in progress

As above. What are you opinions on this diet. Been doing it for about 3 weeks and is working very well for me! Noticeably leaner and not loosing too much energy from lack of carbs.
9am- 30g Bran flakes With lowfat milk
    11am- 8 Egg whites
2Pm- 400g Chicken & Low fat natural yogurt
    5Pm- Whey protein Shake
    6Pm- PreWorkout Drink
8Pm- Post Workout Whey Protein Shake
    9Pm- 8 Egg White Omelette

Whenever I find myself craving food I usually have a mug of coffee.
In evening's if I find myself hungry I will have a protein bar.

Some days The chicken will be substituted with Turkey and the egg white omelette with be substituted with fish.

On a Sunday I will have a cheat/carb refueling day. I just eat a normal breakfast lunch dinner and snack here and there.. It's more about keeping focus for the times I am dieting rather than getting my carbs!

All thoughts and advise welcome! Thanks

    What are your stats?
How many days a week do you train?
    What's your split?
    Do you do any cardio?
Is this your diet on a training day or rest day?

Everyone is different but that looks pretty messed up to me because:
    1. You're breakfast is tiny!
    2. Not enough carbs IMO
    3. Not enough fats IMO
    4. You don't eat any solid food for 7 hours (between 2pm-9pm), how are you managing that?
    5. Where are your vegetables at yo?

I prefer to keep my carbs as high as I can whilst still losing weight at the rate I desire. But look, if this is working for you stick with it. I'm just not sure what you can do once you hit a plateau because you don't have many calories to work with here.

P.S you don't have to feel like shit and/or be hungry to lose weight.
