    Eating 3200-3700 cals a day.

    F 75-100

I feel like eating ice cream and cake right after I eat. Any way to combat this?

Take the fat burning stack austinie has. Suppresses the sugar craving to nothing at all.

^^ this. Work on your self-discipline, it'll help you in the long run vs. using a crutch.

I don't know about all that.. I have no discipline with sweets, but I can use Chromium to repel the appetite. Nothin wrong with that. We all use crutches, constantly. Heck, anyone who injects a steroid is using a crutch. Kinda like saying don't use anti-smoking drugs/patches to stop smoking... crutches are just fine if it makes you healthier and it's also a great way to kick a habit.

some ppl stop smoking by never lighting another cigarette/others ween off slowing. Pick the approach that works for you.

temptation is everywhere. eventually it comes down to what you want most....sweets or success.

Yeah, and some people stop eating sweets cold turkey. But they're far far far far far from the majority.

We use caffeine when we don't get enough sleep. We use MSM instead of fixing our forms. We use steroids instead of staying natural. We take moving walkways when we can walk. We drive across the street instead of biking.

Our entire lives revolve around crutches, whether you know it or not. Nothing wrong with assistance. Anyone denying this is merely tunnel visioned. Maybe 1000 years ago crutches were to a minimum.

Take the stack. Eat some sugar food, then notice it doesn't taste the same. You eat less of it, then realize you just don't want it anymore. That way when you do again eat it, it makes it more special.

I don't have a sweet tooth, I have a sweet jaw! Seriously, now that I've cut back on drinking so much, cravings for sugar has sky rocketed. But I'll definitely will be doing the stack or eventually....I'll give in....the thirst always wins.

I was speaking with regard to using a crutch indefinitely while the underlying issue remains an issue. If using a crutch helps somebody work towards addressing the underlying concern, I'm all for it.

The stack helped me tremendously. I would eat candy and Oreos by the handfuls at night. Took the stack as a crutch (lol) and the cravings became small enough for me to use some self control and get over. Once I broke the habit, even on my off week it is easier to refrain from crap.

When I am craving sugar I make protein brownies

    1 scoop choc casein
    1 tbsp flour
    1 tbsp cocoa
    1/2 tsp baking soda

    3/4 cup milk
    2 egg whites

Whip together and put in a coffee mug. Cover the top of the mug with Saran Wrap and microwave 45 seconds to a minute. After cooked put on a plate and add some peanut butter to the top

I didn't make this recipe up. But it really is good IMO. I used to eat them nightly. Great macros to

Darn - I was eating ice cream when I had an apple craving!
No, seriously, the stack has made a huge difference in my need for sweets. I didn't know it would do that, but looking back on the last few weeks, I very rarely long for sugar!

After quitting drinking, craving sweets is common. You are taking something away from your body it is dependant on.

I'd eat sweets as opposed to drinking. It takes a couple of weeks and the sugar cravings normally go down, way down.

Well the stack is working....I have a tub of ice cream in the freezer, not even tempted. Usually I'd pound it until it's finished!
