    Protein intake!

    I'm 187 lbs
i read that at least i need 187g of protein per day!
but if i can reach only 120-150g per day, is that mean there will not be gain muscles?

No, it does not mean that. What's your body fat percentage?

No it doesn't mean that at all like Austinite said. What are your full stats and training history like? Depending on some variables, I probably wouldn't go much below 150grams/day

Yeah, 1 gram to 1.2 grams per LBM is plenty. So for you that's 155 to 185 grams. No need to multiply by total weight, no reason to feed your fat.

    (1-BF%) x BW = (1-.16) x 187= 157lbs of LBM and 30lbs of fat mass

Personally I'd say about 160 on the low end, 225 on the high end. If you fall somewhere in between, no biggie.

I would rec 200-250g a day. its not hard 3 protein drinks and 3 decent meals + 2-3 snacks...

if your diet is off, not you prob wont, it would be hard.. you need alot of calories also, its not JUST about protein, add in lots of good fats, healthy fats like olive oil i add to everything, even my protein drinks.
snack on lots of nuts, take a 2-4 drinks and have 3 meals and you should be on a role
