Having a Motivation problem today! What do you guys do to get through those days?

go look at some of the motivational videos on youtube.
there are motivational people everywhere!
i think there are many threads like this in the lounge.

I have a few songs and videos that can usually get me out of any funk. I also just have to look at myself and in the mirror and decide if I want to be a ***** about my training (assuming your motivation is training related) or if I want to reach my goals. There's enough time to feel sorry for myself, heal old injuries, and sleep when I'm old and withered or dead. Time is of the essence and waits for no man. I also look for pics of people online doing the lifts I plan on doing for the day but with much heavier weights. Envy is a motivating factor for me when I see an 800+lb squat hahaha. In the end it's mind over matter, what do you want more: no motivation and mediocrity or hella motivation and excellence?

I go to the gym anyway and 10 minutes into a session my motivation is back. It's funny but lifting heavy shit does it for me every time.

I don't go home. If I go home I wont go to the gym.

Thanks for the ideas guys. I think I do what bigsiv does mostly, I just go there and do it anyways. It's nice to check in here though as the support is always robust.
