Sorry if this is a recurring thing, I didn't find it in a search but maybe I had to many key words. I have read (few sites, Jason Feruggia and many others all citing three main research papers) about the potential benefits of two weeks of over eating (1000+ above maintenance) followed immediately by two weeks of cutting. A Google search will yield plenty of info and reason to do it. Of course, naysayers for one say it's bad just because it's not what we're used to. The thing that sticks out is, bodybuilders saying they're anabolic enough already and don't have the two week window. I am not a body builder in the sense of I'm too new to say I am, I have nowhere near the time under bodybuilding style regimens like these guys. And I've never cycled anabolics. Any thoughts?? Sorry about length...

Tl/dr: is 2 week bulk/2 week cut good for natural lifters
