    I do it all the time, even put it in my shakes. Yes it is healthy.

    Yes. And rolled oats are steamed and toasted during production.

    been doing it a long time my friend. No problems, only side effect was bigger muscles.

    but yea, i was thinking of adding oatmeal into the protein shake then blend it.

    i know it is somewhat hard to chew, but better than wasting time on cooking.

    I've always simply added milk n sweetner. which reminds me I need to pick up some stevia.
    Hate porridge type foods.

    You guys ever dip celery sticks first in peanut butter and then in uncooked oatmeal afterwards? It's a good snack.
