Thread: Diet critque

Hey guys, I'm seeking a diet touch up, I eat pretty well but I don't weigh my food or count macros.
This is a example of my days diet. My goals are to bulk up.
6am bowl of oats
9am 8oz steak and 200grams of basmati white rice
1scoop bcaa during workout.
2scoops of sun muscle fuel anabolic 32grams protein 52 grams carbs
12pm chicken breast 200grams basmati white rice
2:30 jacket potato Cheese and beans
5pm breast of chicken 200grams rice and broccoli
7:30pm repeat of meal above
10:00 bowl of oats

Be easier to put up ur full stats. Inc current maintenance. N goals etc.if u can weigh it on an average basis. Myfitnesspal is a useful tool.

Why don't you answer the questions you have been asked? It's pointless asking for a diet review without stats, goals and the calorie and macro breakdown of a posted diet.
