Need Help with Packing on Solid Muscle, And help with diet

    6'1"
    180 lbs
    Mesomorph

    Breakfast
    4 scrambled eggs
2 pieces of 100% whole grain toast

    Lunch:
    Grilled Chicken
    Brown Rice

    Dinner:
    Grilled Chicken
    Brown Rice

Protein Recovery Shake immediately after workout approximately 40 grams protein.

    Snacks:
Banana in between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner.
    Apple

I personally know I am not eating enough calories, I just don't know what exactly would be a good alternative to slip in between each meal, I don't want fast food but then again it's my easiest source of calories. I do not weigh my food. I appreciate it. I'd like to gain 5-10 lbs and keep it. I am ALWAYS hungry so eating is not a problem every hour of the day, if I just knew what was perfect.

    1. Weigh the food
    2. Increase the amount of the same food you are already eating
    3. Eat according to your new protocol for 14 to 28 days to see any effects
    4. Adjust if necessary

NOTE: 3 Bananas would be a lot of unnecessary sugar imho

    Thanks

Food choices are good but if you putting that much effort into selecting the right foods you misewell do it right, I can tell you right off the bat you need to at least triple that amount (at minimal prolly actually 4 x that cal wise)

i am about your weight ( much shorter) and I would loose tons of mass fast eating that daily... my cutting diet is 2-3 times that (at minimal)

that is your only problem, dont look no further and read some of the stickies...

If you eat that for your cutting diet, what would you eat to put on mass? 5-10 lbs? It's approximately a little over 2K calories per day, I know for a fact that's way to low especially for the workout routines I have.. Should I add anything better/worse just to have the extra calories?
