I would recommend doing it manually once so you know what it actually is all about but I have started to use this website as of late: IIFYM Calculator

im 22 yrs old, 5'7" weight=149lbs
from the calculator, i got this. bulking mode..
Your BMR is: 1636 Calories/Day
Your TDEE is: 2321 Calories/Day
Bulking: 2669 Calories/Day - Aggressive 15%
CARBS = 384.2g
PROTEIN = 149g
FAT = 59.6g
FIBER = 30-37g
CALORIES = 2669
dont you think the protein intake per day is low?
if not, so everything is fine right, i should follow this?
I would not start on +15% as you do not know how your body is responding. Better to start low and then add calories as you go, let's say every other week or so. Otherwise you will just add a bunch of fat weight which you have to get rid of later.
I have never ran a bulk with carbs so I can not answer that question specifically.

i already went through 2.5k calorie diet like 8 months ago(bulking), but had to take a break..
