    cutting diet

    Age: 20
    Height: 172cm
    weight: 75kg

    ecto/endomorph

I am currently dropping bodyfat and would love some feedback on my meals and food choices

Meal 1: Kangaroo meat, 30g Almonds, multivitamin, 2 double strength Fish oil caps, Casein protein shake with 6g glutamine.
( reason for having casein in the morning because due to work I wont be able to eat for at least another 5 hours or so)
Meal 2: Turkey, broccoli and grean beans, 2 green coffee extract caps, 1 double strength fish oil cap
Meal 3: tuna, broccoli and green beans
Meal 4: Kangaroo meat, sweet potatoe
    Go to the gym
Meal 5: Whey protein shake, half an hour later 2 rice crackers with cottage cheese
Casein protein shake with 6g glutamine before bed

    Feedback would be much appreciated,
    thank you

Thumbs-up for the Kangaroo meat as there is no chance I would ever get to taste that in this part of the world :-)

    Thanks

No idea how you function eating rice crackers and cheese as a post workout meal. I personally don't eat post workout, I destroy my food.
