    Little_John's diet log

    Well started the diet today I'm not sure how to do one of these so ill post what i think i should and hope one of y'all vets slaps me and tells me what else is needed. The diet is going to be a carb cycling diet and my goal is to drop down to 15%BF +/- here it goes...

    I used the formula in the stickies and came up with a TDEE of 3,221.

    Mondays,

    Meal 1:
    40G whey shake
    224 calories
    10g Carbs
    3g Fat

    1 cup of oats
    300 calories
    56g carbs
    5g fat
    10g Protein

    Meal 2:
    7oz Chicken breast
    217 calories
    0 carb
    0? fat
    42g protein

    1.5 cups brown rice
    372 calories
    84g carbs
    0?g fat
    12g protein

    1 cup broccoli
    41 calories
    0g fat
    7g Carbs
    4g Protein


    Meal 3:
    6oz Chicken breast
    186 calories
    0 carbs
    0 fats
    36g protein

    1 cup brown rice
    218 calories
    46g carbs
    2g fat
    5g protein

    Meal 4:
    40g Whey shake
    224 calories
    10g Carbs
    3g Fat

    1 white bagel
    270 calories
    52 carbs
    2g fats
    10g protein

    Meal 5:

    7oz Chicken breast
    217 calories
    0 carb
    0? fat
    42g protein

    1.5 cups brown rice
    372 calories
    84g carbs
    0?g fat
    12g protein

    1 cup broccoli

    I got most of the #'s off the packaging i purchased some came from "nutritiondata.self. com". if any of the numbers are wrong in your eyes of what have you please let me know I haven't slept good lately and sitting behind a computer is making me loopy.
