Cooked is more nutritious. If you opt for raw, use pasteurized.

pasteurized whole eggs, if you can find them in your area is better then cooked or pasteurized egg whites. Bio availability should be thrown into the same box as " i can only consume 30g of protein in a sitting etc etc. "
eat your yokes, evolution didn't go wrong with the chicken or the egg but there is a good chance your protein powder manufacturer did...
